It is not unusual for a country as populous as Nigeria to have employment issues. Nigeria is the most populous country in the African continent and the most populous black nation in the world and with an increase in the population of the country, the employment of its teeming youths pose a great challenge. Unless individuals are empowered with entrepreneurial skills, the number of unemployed people dropping out of schools will continue to increase daily. Vocational and Technical Training then becomes the engine for technological and economic development.

To this effect, BOEGEF is doing all it can to equip youth with skills they can use to become business owners or entrepreneurs as the case may be. We believe that, youths that are well equipped will set up businesses that are capable of employing other youths in the country. The cumulative effect of this is that, BOEGEF will have helped in reducing the unemployment rate in the country, hence creating more employments (whether directly or indirectly) for the Nigerian masses.
